For Master's Programs:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) or another university approved by the Senate, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.75
• Other relevant qualifications or experience approved by the Senate.

For Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programs:

• A Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) or another university approved by the Senate, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0;
• Other relevant qualifications or experience supported by the Graduate Studies Committee of the Institute and/or approved by the Senate;
• Currently enrolled in a Master of Science (Information Studies) at the National University of Malaysia, with support from the Graduate Studies Committee of the Institute to convert to a PhD program approved by the Senate.

English Language Requirements:

• TOEFL score of at least 550;
• IELTS score of at least 5.5.
